Pretty disappointed with my purchase.

Pretty disappointed with my purchase. I bought the square press along with tons of extra pans (40 of each size of square pans) and the large bottle of their spray. My order totaled to 140$ exactly. I saw that the listing said “For people who already have our Signature Round Kit.” but I thought that meant you get just the square base and none of the extra scrapers, spray, z-palette, and pans. The bottom of the base is shown in the second picture so I thought it would be included. I would’ve absolutely just purchased the whole set for 20$ more if I had known. I’m hoping the fixy owners will be willing to make this right. The press by itself (only the top) and the spray work well so it’s really a bummer I had to rate so low. If they’re able to make things right I’m more than happy to update my rating once I get the full experience. Please make things more clear on your website so others don’t have the same problem. Thanks for making a one of a kind product.

Hi, we saw your review and are sorry you didn't understand how it works. We only have 4 units of the square kit left, but I believe I have an extra base and grinder that I can send you. That would allow you to use it as a full set.
