A universal solution to fix broken makeup

Is there a universal size for eyeshadow? What about blush, etc? Makeup comes in countless shapes and sizes. Every season there seems to be more variations as well. Where do I look to find the answer? My search had taken me from malls to shops, blogs, to ecommerce sites. Searching and searching over the years and the answer still eludes me. Sometimes when you have no answers you are forced to create your own. So we decided to move forward with our own solution by creating our own universal sizes for makeup tins. Next came testing and what was our first 3D model. Looking back at that first prototype, it was crude, it was bright orange, but it functioned! Then we thought, was this the best we could do?
